What information do we collect? How do we use it?

Auto Jockey maintains information on your company for billing purposes only.  Any consumer data that we collect is strictly protected, and is only used in the business process for use by our CRM, Credit Jockey, and Internet customers/dealers.

How does Auto Jockey protect customer information?

Auto Jockey represents and warrants to Dealer that it has implemented and presently maintains safeguards designed to ensure security and confidentiality of “Customer Information” that dealer may allow Auto Jockey to access during its’ business relationship.  “Customer Information” is non-public personal information collection by Dealer about its customers, including the fact that a customer may be a credit customer of Dealer.

Any Credit information is stored on highly secure servers that are audited periodically to ensure data security and integrity.

Will Auto Jockey disclose the information it collects to outside parties?

Auto Jockey does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.  Auto Jockey may provide aggregate statistics about our individual customers’ web site traffic patterns, but will only provide this information to the individual dealership.  Auto Jockey will not provide this information to any third-party vendors.  In any case, Auto Jockey will not provide any personally identifying information to any other party.

Auto Jockey may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Auto Jockey, our users, or others.
